Commercial Lifecycle
Order Acceptance
Commissions are confirmed only post-payment. For bulk orders, production initiates after digital design verification.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Transaction security is maintained via approved partners.
Cancellation
Orders may be revoked within our defined window. Once bespoke production initiates, cancellations are strictly prohibited.
Bespoke Approval
Verification System
For personalized and corporate orders, clients hold sole responsibility for approving digital proofs before physical production begins.
Once approved, GiftLab AI is exempt from liability for spelling, design, or layout errors.
Changes requested post-approval may attract additional manufacturing costs.
Intellectual Property
All platform content—including branding, specialized designs, and proprietary text—is the protected property of GiftLab AI. Unauthorized exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Client Provided Assets
Clients warrant full rights to any logos or content provided for customization. GiftLab AI is not liable for copyright violations arising from such materials.
Brand Integrity
We maintain the highest standards of protection for both our proprietary architecture and the brand identifiers you entrust to us.
Shipping & Risk
Logistics Estimates
Delivery windows are estimates and may be influenced by logistics delays, bespoke production cycles, or Force Majeure events.
Risk Transfer
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. GiftLab AI is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping entities.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customized and bulk orders are inherently non-refundable unless verified as defective or inaccurate.
Legal Governance

Total liability shall not exceed the specific amount remitted for the product in question.
User Conduct
